We obviously want you to be totally happy with your Siamp purchase, which includes a returns procedure should you need to send an item back to us.
If a part is faulty or defective then we're really sorry. Return it to us within 14 days of delivery in the condition you received it and we'll arrange a refund or for a replacement part to be sent to you. Customers will need to pay the cost of returning the item and we will reimburse you to the value of the original outgoing P&P.
If you've simply had a change of heart or if the item doesn't fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. The item must be in re-saleable condition and its original packaging or we won't be able to refund you. You will need to pay the cost of returning the item yourself.
To return an item you'll need to quote your original order number from your confirmation email
Pop your item in a jiffy bag or other appropriate packaging and post it back to us within 14 days of receiving your order to:

Please ensure you get proof of postage in case your item gets lost in the post.
If your item is particularly heavy or fragile, please contact us for advice on returning at aftersales@siamp.co.uk.
We'll check your return and, if everything's OK, refund what you've paid for it within 14 working days.
