Photographs captured by the App are processed locally on your mobile device wherever technically possible.

Images are analysed on the device and are not uploaded to SIAMP servers for image recognition.

This significantly reduces the amount of personal information processed by SIAMP and supports our commitment to Privacy by Design.

Storage of Images

Unless you specifically choose to save photographs using your own device, SIAMP does not retain images captured solely for seat identification.

Marketing

Images captured through the SIAMP Seat App are never used for:

  • any purpose unrelated to product identification.

8. Device Permissions

To provide the functionality of the SIAMP Seat App, the App may request access to certain features of your mobile device.

The App will only access the camera after you have granted permission.

The App will only access photographs that you specifically select.

SIAMP does not scan or access your photo library without your permission.
